  1. Care and precautions
    ‣ Once purchased, soaps should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, until use. After each use, the soap should be placed on a free-draining soap dish clear of standing water, to allow it to dry out. Doing so will avoid the soap to become very soft and will extend its lifespan.
    ‣ In some of our soaps, natural or mineral colors are used. Although highly unlikely, it is possible that these may cause staining of pale fabrics.
    ‣ The soap is for external use only. Should any irritation occur, use should be discontinued immediately. We would be grateful for any feedback should this happen.
    ‣ As with all new skin products, it is advisable to check on a small area of skin before main use. Some essential oils contain potential allergens that may cause adverse reactions in some individuals. If a customer has a known sensitivity to an ingredient or allergen, it is their responsibility to check the ingredients list of the product prior to use.
  2. Product images
    We do not take photos of each batch. Although we have a controlled process and our products are constant in quality and properties, their appearance might slightly change from one batch to another, hence, the displayed photos might be different from the actual product. This is also due to the fact that lighting, cameras and screens properties are usually inconsistent.
  3. Orders
    Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement providing you with order details. We will contact you to arrange for the delivery or pickup or any other related matter if deemed necessary.
  4. Prices vouchers and promotions
    We reserve the right to change our prices and promotions at any moment and without prior notice. The price and promotions information that might be communicated on social media and other means is to be considered as contextual. The official prices and promotions of our products are those displayed in this website. Promotions and vouchers are limited in time, their validity is usually communicated. A voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, it is not applicable on discounted or promoted items.
  5. Payment
    We strive to always improve our processes including payment methods. At checkout, the payment methods available for your country/area will be proposed to you.
  6. Delivery
    We promise to deliver your orders in a safe, secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any concern you may have regarding your order.
  7. Cancellation
    You are free to cancel you order at any moment before delivery. If you already paid, we will refund your order.
  8. Return policy
    We accept returns within three (3) days of the purchase date. In such case you will receive a full refund. We do not accept returns when the packing or sealing has been opened or when the product has been used.
  9. Errors, inaccuracies or omissions
    Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service we provide that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
